How to remove your data from TheraGen

Facebook Login data

If you signed up or logged in to TheraGen using Facebook, we may have received your name, email address, and profile picture from Facebook. You can request deletion of all data associated with your account at any time.

How to request data deletion

1. Send an email to privacy@theragen.app from the email address linked to your account.
2. Include the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
3. In the body, confirm your full name and that you would like all your data deleted.

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your data has been removed.

Remove TheraGen from your Facebook account

You can also revoke TheraGen's access to your Facebook data directly:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. Select Apps and Websites from the left menu.
3. Find TheraGen in the list of active apps.
4. Click Remove to revoke access.

Removing the app from Facebook stops future data sharing but does not delete data already stored by TheraGen. To fully delete your data, please also submit a deletion request as described above.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Any personal data received from Facebook (name, email, profile picture)
• Usage data and preferences associated with your account

Some anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytics purposes.
